so, our next release -- GEPOPEL "No one can stop advance" 7" -- (SPRFLS # 03) is currently in the pressing plant and will hopefully be ready in early march or so. we will probably be the first label that releases its 3rd record before the 2nd one, because the THE MONACO HEARTATTACK is still not done yet... but what they hell, nobody's waiting for these records anyway.
the GEPOPEL record will be a split release with our friends from the BURKA FOR EVERYBODY zine. is there a better name for a zine/label?! I don't think so. brilliant!

well, it's gonna be 300 copies and they spelled our name wrong, but we'll forgive them because they are nice folks and did an awesome interview w/ Niels from Gepopel.
as you might know already we are from this east-German shithole called Magdeburg (some of us emigrated already, though) and decided to put on diy hardcore punk shows on a regular basis. the kids running these shows have a blog now and will post news, pics, songs, dates for upcoming shows and hopefully some nice videos from shows they did in the 90ies like catharsis, morning again, boy sets fire etc.
check it out and come to the shows, but be warned as everything that KNUT said in an interview about this dump is totally true:
"...or this city in east-germany, magdeburg, which is like the capital of nazis and skinheads and the squat we stayed was packed with punks who had scars across their faces and pick necks (??) beside their beds. holy shit, that was scary."
